Gary has been building homes throughout Tennessee for over 20 years. He has an extensive background in real estate, home design, construction and remodeling which offers a valuable resource for clients throughout the building process. Gary is personally involved in the architectural design and construction of each home. He is driven by the fundamental desire to deliver a high-quality home and exceed client’s expectations, every time.
SHIRLEY LOEBSACK - Marketing | Design | Operations
Shirley manages all aspects of the marketing function, including new home design and selections. She and Gary work together to build beautiful and timeless homes that are also extremely functional and efficient.
CODY SKINNER - Project Manager
Cody serves as a liaison and guide to the homeowner throughout the entire building or remodeling process. He is driven by a consistently positive and "we can do that" attitude.
