Loebsack Homes makes smart choices about home construction. In a word  of cutting corners and doing the bare minimum to get by, Gary and his team choose to do things the right way - genuinely refreshing in this day and age. I can’t tell you how glad we are to know that we have a home that has been built to stand the test of time.

We were extremely impressed with Loebsack Homes.  Throughout the entire build process, we were  confident that not only were we getting a very high quality home, but one in which every detail was  discussed and analyzed, as if it was a home that they were building for  themselves.  We will definitely have them build out next home.   

We hired Loebsack Homes to reconstruct our deck  and  give us a water-proof patio underneath. What was once a weathered  wood  deck is now a beautifully crafted composite deck with stunning railings. The formerly unusable space underneath is now a completely dry living space perfect for entertaining. The project was well-managed from quote to completion, and every member of Gary’s team was skilled and a pleasure to work with. We are thrilled with the outcome and are looking forward to using our beautifully updated outdoor space. After a  lot of trial and error with contractors, we have found a keeper in   Loebsack Homes. We will definitely call Gary and his team for our future projects.
